Welcome to Mistora Estate Villas. To ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly request everyone to follow the below terms and conditions during their stay.
1. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in and check-out timings must be followed as informed during booking.
Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
2. Swimming Pool Rules
Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness in and around the swimming pool area.
Proper swimwear/swimming dress code is compulsory while using the pool.
Cotton clothes, casual wear, jeans, and other non-swimwear outfits are strictly not allowed inside the pool.
Children using the pool must always be under adult supervision.
Any damage or unsafe behavior in the pool area is strictly prohibited.
3. Noise & Party Policy
Loud music, outdoor parties, and excessive noise are not permitted after 11:00 PM.
Guests are requested to maintain silence outside guest rooms during late-night hours to avoid disturbance to others.
Management reserves the right to stop any activity causing inconvenience to other guests or neighbors.
4. Property Care
Guests are requested to handle villa property, furniture, and amenities responsibly.
Any damages caused during the stay will be charged accordingly.
5. Cleanliness & Hygiene
Please keep rooms, outdoor areas, and common spaces clean throughout your stay.
Littering inside the property premises is strictly prohibited.
6. Safety & Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
Mistora Estate Villas will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or accidents during the stay.
7. Illegal Activities
Any illegal activities, misuse of property, or behavior causing disturbance will result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.
8. Visitor Policy
Outside visitors are allowed only with prior permission from management.
Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight.
9. Pets & Smoking
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are allowed only if approved during booking.
10. Management Rights
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or request guests to vacate the property in case of misconduct or violation of the above rules.
